Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines and communicate effectively
  • proficiency in computer use and data entry
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • pass drug and background screening
  • comply with health and safety testing requirements including tuberculosis and physical evaluations
  • COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations as required by law

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
  • manage both external and internal phone calls
  • take and communicate messages accurately
  • provide an overview of community information to inquiries
  • assist the Business Office Coordinator/HR Designee in recruitment and administrative tasks
  • perform computer data entry tasks
  • monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music to ensure a pleasant environment
