Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three years related experience or training
- Basic first aid and CPR certification where required
- Successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
- Strong communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Ability to work various schedules and shifts
- Proficiency in operating telephone, emergency call system, monitoring boards, beeper, and photocopier

Job Duties
- Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls except emergencies
- Coordinate services for residents and their family members such as dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, and transportation
- Maintain high standards of customer service including meeting new residents and addressing concerns
- Answer questions about local stores, attractions, and services
- Ensure lobby and common areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained
- Coordinate community transportation schedules including medical and Engage Life outings
- Act as liaison between residents and dining room for meal reservations and events
- May supervise front desk reception staff and drivers and provide coverage for security and receptionist roles as needed
- May drive company vehicle to social and other destinations
- Perform other duties as assigned
