Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle physical demands up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word
- Familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors preferred
- Professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work Sundays and Mondays

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk and by phone
- Assist residents with maintenance requests and general inquiries
- Operate the phone system and software including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Canva
- Coordinate communication between departments and residents
- Manage resident onboarding tasks such as creating welcome binders and access badges
- Distribute internal communications like daily activity puzzles and notices
- Maintain documentation such as resident photo directories and pest service logs
- Support administrative needs including business card creation, gift shop form updates, and various projects as assigned
