Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness to comply with drug testing and health screenings as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and community-specific computer applications
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures an asset

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and route appropriately
  • Assist in the recruitment process by engaging candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain front desk and Bistro area cleanliness and atmosphere
  • Support the Director of Sales with marketing and move-in inquiries and administrative tasks
  • Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times
  • Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, meal ticket management, and record keeping
