Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to comply with drug testing and health screenings as required
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and community-specific computer applications
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
- Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures an asset
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming telephone calls and route appropriately
- Assist in the recruitment process by engaging candidates and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain front desk and Bistro area cleanliness and atmosphere
- Support the Director of Sales with marketing and move-in inquiries and administrative tasks
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times
- Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, meal ticket management, and record keeping
