- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to work full time
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- availability to work during business hours
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of property management or real estate is a plus
- proficiency in operating security cameras and office technology
- customer service experience
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents
- direct phone calls or questions to appropriate staff
- manage resident package tracking and overflow
- assist with directions, parking info, building entrance
- provide residents with general city knowledge
- make reservations for residents upon request
- monitor security cameras from the desk
- possess product knowledge and speak about amenities, floor plans, buildings
- perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
