Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior customer service experience preferred
CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain
excellent oral communication skills
strong organizational skills
ability to manage multiple tasks
ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies
problem-solving mindset with resident and customer focus

Job Duties

Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
answer resident questions
address simple resident needs
monitor emergency response and other community systems
receive and direct all incoming calls
maintain a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving
manage multiple tasks efficiently
