Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to fluently read and write English
  • Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
  • Minimum of one year of high-end luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred
  • Ability and flexibility to work any day of the week including recognized holidays
  • Ability and flexibility to serve on-call as scheduled or necessary
  • Ability to travel to company gatherings
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
  • Own vehicle to fulfill job functions

Job Duties

  • Handle all resident and guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist customers with inquiries regarding office services hours of operation key personnel events and directions
  • Play active role in renewal process as requested
  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance manner and demeanor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with courtesy and urgency assisting as necessary
  • Listen and resolve or elevate service opportunities presented by residents
  • Serve as information liaison to Property Manager reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances
  • Follow up with customers to assure successful completion
  • Maintain key log and data sheets taking ownership of loaned keys and fobs
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
  • Process packages faxes messages and mail accurately and timely
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Keep desk collateral and community information current including local attractions and events
  • Maintain familiarity with all community amenities and give directions
  • Use software programs and adhere to Front Desk procedures including daily reports incident reports and emergency response
  • Maintain consistent presence at work station
  • Participate in resident organization and functions when directed
  • Use professional telephone etiquette handling resident and prospect requests
  • Assist and coordinate with new move-ins
  • Provide administrative assistance with resident files ledgers and emergency information
  • Provide access control services monitor visitors and review access control cameras
  • Adhere to company standards for resident and guest services
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
