Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of general office experience including reception duties
- Experience working with the older adult population preferred
- Professional and polished with proper grammar skills and pleasant voice tone
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and oral/written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be attentive to details, able to multitask, and handle multiple interruptions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays as requested
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees
- Be the first impression for visitors
- Fulfill front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls courteously and directing visitors appropriately
- Ensure lobby and front porch areas are clean and free of trash
- Assist with activities in the lobby and near the front door
- Lead weekend and evening activities during periods of low traffic
- Assist with general office tasks upon request
