Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations
- greet residents/visitors
- answer phones, doorbells, and intercoms
- route calls/messages promptly
- provide basic community information courteously and professionally
- maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk/lobby presence and ensure consistent coverage
- support move-in/move-out logistics including keys/fobs and elevator pads
- verify visitor identity, issue badges, maintain visitor logs, prevent tailgating
- manage keys/fobs per chain-of-custody rules, track check-outs/returns, report discrepancies immediately
- monitor CCTV/doorbell cameras and entry systems, conduct periodic walkthroughs, report unusual activity
- create and route routine work orders in OneSite or site system with clear, accurate details
- triage emergency maintenance issues after hours and dispatch on-call personnel per protocol
- follow up on open maintenance items and communicate status updates
- receive, log, store, and release packages securely and notify residents
- coordinate vendor/contractor access including sign-in/out and escort if required
- manage amenity reservations and checklists per policy
- maintain accurate daily logs including calls, visitors, packages, incidents, and patrols
- complete shift handoff notes for continuity
- prepare reports on package volume, incident summaries, and access exceptions
- safeguard confidential information and document minimally per policy
- de-escalate conflicts professionally and apply house rules consistently
- call 911 for life-safety emergencies and notify management per escalation tree
- complete incident reports with detailed times, parties, facts, and actions
- support drills and evacuations and keep egress/common areas clear
- attend required trainings and safety meetings
- follow PPE and site safety practices
- uphold Fair Housing and non-fraternization policies
- assist management with special projects and community initiatives
