Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office and specific community software
- Ability to learn new applications
- Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Availability to work weekends 7 AM to 3 PM
- Ability to pass pre-employment tests including drug screening and health evaluations

- Experience with data entry and administrative duties
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents by providing warm greetings and refreshments
- Manage incoming telephone calls by answering promptly, taking messages, and providing community information
- Assist the Director of Sales with initial inquiries and customer relationship management data entry
- Maintain the front desk and Bistro area clean, stocked, and welcoming with refreshments and music
- Monitor and enforce community safety protocols, including sign-in/out procedures and emergency readiness
- Support the resident move-in process by ordering guest meals and coordinating with families
- Perform administrative tasks including mail distribution, meal ticket management, office supply ordering, and team member paycheck tracking
