Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office and specific community software
  • Ability to learn new applications
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Availability to work weekends 7 AM to 3 PM
  • Ability to pass pre-employment tests including drug screening and health evaluations

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities

  • Experience with data entry and administrative duties

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents by providing warm greetings and refreshments
  • Manage incoming telephone calls by answering promptly, taking messages, and providing community information
  • Assist the Director of Sales with initial inquiries and customer relationship management data entry
  • Maintain the front desk and Bistro area clean, stocked, and welcoming with refreshments and music
  • Monitor and enforce community safety protocols, including sign-in/out procedures and emergency readiness
  • Support the resident move-in process by ordering guest meals and coordinating with families
  • Perform administrative tasks including mail distribution, meal ticket management, office supply ordering, and team member paycheck tracking
