Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years related experience
  • Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed
  • Ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board, beeper, photocopier

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome every resident and guest to the community
  • Handle all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Become familiar with local businesses and provide directions or personalized services based on resident and guest preferences
  • Assist with ensuring proper maintenance and appearance of the property, including entrance, lobby, and common restrooms
  • Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and ensure all tasks are properly recorded and fulfilled timely
  • Take initiative to respond and follow through promptly to needs and requests
  • Escalate issues to management or team members as needed
  • Receive, document, and deliver mail, packages, dry-cleaning, and other personal items
  • Coordinate community transportation schedules and assist residents with scheduling and alternative transportation
  • Communicate effectively with team members to provide a five-star level of service
  • May drive company vehicle to social and various destinations if required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
