Job Requirements

  • High School degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 3 PM
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety protocols and employment conditions including drug testing
  • Adherence to vaccination requirements as mandated by law

Job Qualifications

  • High School degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience and skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new applications such as Sunrise software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and risk management protocols preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and offer beverages
  • Manage both external and internal calls, answering within 2-3 rings with appropriate messages
  • Take and communicate messages accurately including name, number, and details
  • Provide community information and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for residents and family members
  • Send get well and sympathy cards as needed
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by ordering flowers, maintaining marketing packet inventory, and handling inquiry calls
  • Assist Director of Sales with lead tracking database entry
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in Bistro area, keeping music playing
  • Ensure community safety protocols are followed and maintain resident and team rosters
  • Respond to emergencies and support Safe Leaving Program compliance
  • Update resident records and manage meal ticket processing
  • Organize and distribute mail and community newspapers
  • Assist with recruitment process including data entry
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training
  • Uphold company’s Principles of Service and Core Values in all interactions
