Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug test
- Availability and reliability for the work schedule

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area welcoming visitors and guests
- Contact sales and executive directors to assist prospective residents
- Greet and assist potential job candidates
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community information to callers
- Manage scheduling of resident and family appointments
- Send appropriate get well and sympathy cards
- Order flowers and meal arrangements for residents
- Maintain marketing materials and support sales inquiries
- Keep front desk and Bistro area organized and stocked
- Monitor safety protocols and support risk management
- Update resident and team member records daily
- Assist in administrative tasks and recruitment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
