Job Requirements

  • must have previous concierge experience
  • be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • possess highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • demonstrate compassion, professionalism, kindness, engagement, empathy, and helpfulness
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
  • flexible availability including evening and weekend shifts
  • must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt

Job Qualifications

  • previous concierge experience

Job Duties

  • provide general assistance to residents and visitors
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and investigate unusual activity
  • process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
  • maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • respond timely to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor
