Job Requirements
- must have previous concierge experience
- be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- possess highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- demonstrate compassion, professionalism, kindness, engagement, empathy, and helpfulness
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
- flexible availability including evening and weekend shifts
- must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt

Job Duties
- provide general assistance to residents and visitors
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and investigate unusual activity
- process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
- maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond timely to resident, family, and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor
