Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role
  • Service-oriented mindset with ability to make members and guests feel valued
  • Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
  • Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding
  • Effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity including talking and hearing

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
  • Greet every call with a friendly tone and provide prompt assistance
  • Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails efficiently
  • Inform members about club services, amenities, and upcoming events
  • Assist with member communications including social media and newsletters
  • Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to support engagement
  • Promote club events and assist with event registration and follow-ups
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the lobby and surrounding areas
  • Document all member interactions and outreach efforts accurately
  • Prepare personalized welcome tents and special occasion cards
  • Communicate member allergies and dietary restrictions to relevant teams
  • Support member experience initiatives by updating digital platforms
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
  • Follow all company and department policies and safety guidelines
  • Attend daily briefings and engage in team activities
