Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in customer service
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • availability to work weekends
  • willingness to comply with safety and emergency protocols
  • must pass pre-employment drug and health screenings

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and residents warmly and offer refreshments
  • manage incoming calls and relay messages accurately
  • provide community information and support sales inquiries
  • oversee Bistro area cleanliness and stock refreshments
  • maintain resident and visitor logs and records
  • assist with recruitment and administrative tasks
  • ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
