Job Requirements
- weekend availability is a must
- ability to regularly move throughout the property including stair climbing
- occasional lifting required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or property management is advantageous
- must be dependable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- assisting residents and guests with navigation during elevator renovations
- providing exceptional customer service and answering resident inquiries
- helping residents with groceries, packages, and other deliveries
- offering light pet assistance including brief walks or letting pets out
- performing door-to-door trash pickup
- keeping entryways and lobby areas clean and inviting
- assisting with office tasks as needed
- monitoring the property for safety and cleanliness
