Job Duties
- act as an ambassador providing assistance and information to patients and visitors
- assess age-specific needs and provide appropriate assistance and care
- oversee waiting area and promptly resolve requests, issues, or complaints
- escort and assist patients and visitors to desired locations or cars
- offer assistance with wheelchair as needed
- promptly answer telephone calls and provide accurate information
- maintain calm and alertness during emergencies and busy periods
