Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • proficiency in English communication
  • typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • capability to sit, stand intermittently, and bend throughout the workday
  • manual coordination for operating switchboard, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to maintain focus despite distractions
  • physical ability to push and pull carts and trash bins for overnight duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate preferred
  • ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
  • typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office software
  • ability to handle multiple routine tasks following instructions
  • strong interpersonal skills and a courteous demeanor
  • basic knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

Job Duties

  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls professionally
  • provide information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
  • perform various clerical duties as assigned
  • open and close the front desk and secure all files, keys, and equipment
  • communicate messages promptly and clearly to appropriate parties
  • accept and record payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations
  • confirm scheduled transportation and event registrations with residents
  • greet and assist all persons entering the community courteously
  • deliver newspapers and collect trash from apartments during overnight shifts
  • ensure security and maintain order during overnight hours
