Job Duties

greet and welcome residents, family members, and visitors
manage front desk operations and maintain a professional appearance
provide information and assistance regarding community services and events
coordinate appointments and transportation services
maintain accurate records and handle communication efficiently
support other departments by facilitating resident needs
uphold safety and security protocols at the community entrance
