Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
basic computer skills
ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
dependability and responsibility

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and related information
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
resolves customer questions and concerns
