previous experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and website
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
resolves customer questions and concerns
