Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
- Demonstrates effective time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role preferably in senior living or hospitality setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist residents with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
- Coordinate with local service providers to arrange services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
- Maintain and update resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
