Job Duties

  • Demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation, and Success in all interactions
  • Greet, engage, and assist callers and guests professionally and courteously
  • Ensure collateral materials such as brochures are up to date and readily available
  • Work closely with the community Executive Director and Sales Director in fielding inquiry calls
  • Respond to inquiries and promote Brightview's programming, dining services, care, and safety
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and/or families to maintain contact
  • Maintain data in the Yardi lead base system ensuring accuracy
  • Support community sales efforts by engaging visitors, collecting information, and promoting Brightview
  • Ensure model apartments are well maintained and ready to show
  • Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with the interview process
  • Assist the Business Office Director with compliance files and inventory of office and community supplies
