Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
  • willingness to undergo background and health screenings
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents
  • greet potential residents, families, and guests warmly
  • manage incoming telephone calls promptly
  • take and communicate messages accurately
  • provide community overviews and direct inquiries appropriately
  • manage appointments for residents and families
  • maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
  • assist with lead tracking and resident move-in administrative duties
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness and refreshments in the Bistro area
  • ensure community safety protocols are followed
  • respond to emergencies as per policies
  • maintain accurate resident and team member rosters
  • support recruitment processes through data entry
  • organize and distribute mail and meals
  • track and disperse team member paychecks
  • participate in team engagement and training activities
