Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- ability to pass a drug test excluding marijuana
- willingness to comply with health screening requirements including tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination as mandated by local regulations
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and manage phone systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- proficiency with computer data entry and basic office software
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- manage external and internal calls, take and communicate messages
- provide community information to inquiries supporting the Director of Sales and Executive Director
- assist with recruitment process alongside Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee
- perform computer data entry and other general administrative duties
- monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music
- ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the community
