Job Duties
- Attend guest requests for special preparations or services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by making arrangements or identifying providers
- Address special requests from guests with exceptional needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about hotel and local area amenities including special events and activities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate persons or departments such as bell staff or housekeeping to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information in records
- Monitor seat availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions and participate in safety trainings and obtain safety certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance, protect proprietary information and company assets
- Greet all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs and attend to them, assist persons with disabilities, and genuinely thank guests
- Use clear, professional language when speaking with others, prepare and review written documents accurately, and handle phones using proper protocol
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team objectives, and listen and respond appropriately to co-worker concerns
- Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- Move, lift or transport items weighing 10 pounds or less
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
