Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors and residents, extend warm welcome and provide beverages
- contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to assist prospective residents and visitors
- greet potential job candidates and direct them to apply or capture information for recruitment
- answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- take and communicate complete messages accurately
- provide community overview to callers and manage call transfers
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- send get well and sympathy cards
- order flowers and meal arrangements for new residents
- maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- assist with initial inquiry calls and lead tracking
- keep desk and Bistro areas clean and organized
- monitor refreshments and maintain equipment
- ensure front desk coverage
- uphold community safety and risk management protocols
- partner with team for occupational health and safety compliance
- respond to emergencies as per policy
- maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
- ensure guests and residents sign in and out properly
- update resident and guest logs and registers
- prepare and process meal tickets and money
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- post daily menu
- maintain resident credit forms
- assist with recruitment data entry and administrative tasks
- order office supplies and track paycheck distribution
- participate actively in team goals and engagement
- demonstrate team member credo and principles of service
- attend meetings and maintain required training
- perform other assigned duties
