Job Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in scheduling for PRN shifts
  • Ability to coordinate transport assistance when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage volunteers and build relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including PRN shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide information and directions to patients and visitors
  • Screen, route, and respond to incoming requests from customers
  • Oversee volunteer staff at the information desk
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate transport assistance as needed
  • Use critical thinking and judgment to resolve issues
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
