Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug test excluding marijuana
- Completion of tuberculosis test and physical evaluation as required
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccinations as mandated by federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to handle phone systems and customer inquiries professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with computer data entry and basic office software

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors and provide a positive first impression
- Manage external and internal phone calls and take messages accurately
- Provide community information to inquiries in support of Director of Sales and Executive Director
- Assist the Business Office Coordinator or HR Designee with recruitment processes
- Perform computer data entry and other general administrative tasks as assigned
- Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music to maintain a pleasant atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and resident satisfaction
