Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to meet the demands of the role
- capability to operate electronic security systems
- proficiency in Word and Excel
- reliable and punctual
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- must pass background check
- ability to provide good customer service and resolve complaints
- willing to perform additional duties as assigned

- ability to work extended/flexible hours including weekends and attend board meetings
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- maintains daily logs, records and forms
- assists with general concierge services and administrative clerical work including Word and Excel documents
- walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
- completes all required forms accurately
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
