Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or concierge role preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • maintains daily logs, records and forms
  • assists with general concierge services and administrative clerical work including Word and Excel documents
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • completes all required forms accurately
  • performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
