Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or related administrative experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if required
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms
  • Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone
  • Professional demeanor and ability to listen to instructions
  • Interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer business center
  • Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
  • Follow proper phone procedures and keep refreshment area stocked
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
  • Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
