Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or related administrative experience
  • Ability to maintain a professional manner with customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with multiline telephone systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to accept instructions and directions
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable

Job Duties

  • Ensure Customer Business Center is clean and organized
  • Provide strong customer coordination to ensure excellent service
  • Follow proper phone procedures and etiquette with no cold transfers
  • Ensure refreshment area is clean and stocked
  • Greet customers in a friendly and consistent manner
  • Provide customers with assigned work spaces and internet access information
  • Assist customers in obtaining reservations for transportation, lodging, and meals including negotiation of corporate discounted rates
  • Offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Oversee utilization of courtesy car as per approved procedures
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and wear approved visitor badges
  • Perform flight tracking duties using FlightAware FBO Toolbox
  • Maintain Salesforce customer preferences data and input survey data
  • Update and maintain visitor log and customer preference database View360
  • Create and cancel purchase orders including recover fees
  • Process SAO requests and scanned document files
  • Process internal payments with billing and external payments
  • Maintain professional customer relations and communications
  • Collaborate with management by providing insights from customer interactions
