Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year related experience
  • strong customer service skills
  • proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • ability to sit for extended periods
  • ability to speak and hear clearly
  • ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach
  • dexterity to use keyboard and mouse
  • hospitality or multi-family experience preferred
  • flexible work hours
  • full-time permanent availability

Job Duties

  • Greet all who enter and exit the building with enthusiasm
  • set appointments for customers and vendors
  • provide administrative and hands-on assistance with move ins
  • provide information on events and activities residents may enjoy
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
  • answer and appropriately field incoming calls
  • field service requests from residents and communicate with maintenance
  • scan, organize, and distribute packages
  • assist vendors and residents with building access
  • maintain reservation books for amenities and guest suites
  • assist with lobby tours and answer questions
  • provide directions to residents and guests
  • make reservations for dining and events
  • provide local information on shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation
  • make travel arrangements for tours
  • provide business services like faxing and shipping
  • pick up and deliver items or run errands
  • carry out unusual requests
  • receive, store, and deliver mail and packages
  • perform temporary office duties
  • arrange for interpreters or translators as needed
  • clean and tidy lobby
  • perform other duties as assigned
