Job Requirements
- Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions can be acceptable)
- Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will pay for training if not certified)

Job Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the community, greet and direct guests and family members and monitor the entry and lobby areas
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resident inquiries, forwarding messages when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service when coordinating appointments and handling inquiries from residents and family members
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, process deliveries and faxes
- Take resident to-go orders and enter into the point-of-sale system
- Conduct daily resident security check
