Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work Sunday and Monday shifts
ability to handle dogs safely
strong customer service skills
ability to operate payment processing systems
good communication skills
physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work weekends including Sundays and Mondays
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
genuine love for dogs and knowledge of basic dog behavior
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

greet clients and their dogs upon arrival
check clients in and process payments at check-out
run dogs to back-of-house areas for play and care
support dog handlers during their shifts and breaks
maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients and pets
