Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively

- Ability to work flexible hours including part-time and full-time schedules

- Minimum one year of relevant customer service or concierge experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Facilitate communication and information dissemination within the senior living community
- Support residents with daily needs and inquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly environment at the community entrance
- Handle administrative tasks related to resident services
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure residents' comfort and satisfaction
- Assist in organizing community events and programs
