Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit for long periods, walk and occasionally climb
- ability to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
- ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- ability to work extended/flexible hours including weekends and attend Board meetings
- occasional overtime availability
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to understand and complete required forms
Job Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- good written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building
- reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- maintains daily logs, records, and forms accurately
- assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work including Word and Excel document preparation
- walks building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows up on complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
- completes all required forms as needed
- performs other duties assigned by supervisor
