Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to assist with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Commitment to uphold health and safety standards including passing a drug test and health screenings

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors upon their arrival
  • Manage both external and internal phone calls efficiently
  • Take and communicate messages accurately
  • Provide community information and respond to inquiries in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director
  • Assist with the community recruitment process alongside the Business Office Coordinator or HR Designee
  • Perform computer data entry and other general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Monitor the Bistro area ensuring refreshments, cleanliness, music, and atmosphere create a pleasant environment
