Job Duties
- High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients
- assist with social media
- answer incoming calls and route as appropriate
- support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Business Office Manager
- serve as customer service contact for questions and concerns
- ensure clean and presentable office space at all times
- assist with all special projects
- understand and commit to the principals and values of the community
- other duties as assigned
