Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management
- basic computer literacy
- on-call availability for schedule flexibility
- ability to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- Basic ability to use computer and smart phone applications for training and company systems
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures
- friendly and professional demeanor
- experience in customer service preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon their arrival to the front lobby
- responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner
- assists in maintaining the front office functions and ensures they are run in a smooth and organized manner
- answers phones and greets residents and guests
- maintains lobby areas
- takes care of service or amenities requests from residents
- supports administrative tasks as needed
