Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- proficiency in using standard office software applications
- capacity to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods as needed
Job Qualifications

- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of local community and attractions preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- experience in a concierge or customer service role is a plus
Job Duties
- serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals events attractions restaurants tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- coordinates resident parking and valet needs and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
- conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
