Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role
- Service-oriented mindset with ability to make members and guests feel valued
- Friendly and personable with positive, can-do attitude
- Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
- Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of physical tasks including climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and folding
- Effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Willingness to work additional hours to meet deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Effective multitasker with time management and prioritization skills
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance and thorough resolution of inquiries
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members to club destinations and creating memorable experiences
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, events, and room locations
- Assist with member communications including social media efforts, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Support member experience initiatives by promoting club offerings and assisting with key projects
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services, ensuring adherence to standards
- Conduct proactive calls to confirm member reservations
- Promote upcoming events and assist in event registration and follow-ups
- Update website calendar and manage message-on-hold system
- Document all member interactions and outreach in the M360 system
- Update events and relevant information on the MemberFirst platform
- Prepare and print personalized member recognition materials such as welcome tents and cards
- Maintain accurate member profiles including preferences and special occasions
- Communicate dietary restrictions to the restaurant team ahead of reservations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, workstation, and public areas
- Ensure supplies are well-stocked and available for members
- Assist colleagues as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management
- Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and a commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices and encourage compliance
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth
- Address challenges using available resources, collaborating with regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in team activities
