Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety requirements including drug testing and background checks
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and follow occupational health and safety protocols
  • As applicable, willingness to sign Driver job description for those driving a Sunrise vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Windows, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer applications quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Accurate record keeping skills
  • Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly at the community entrance
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist with the community recruitment process by capturing candidate information and supporting the Director of Sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and Bistro area, including restocking refreshments and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
  • Support resident move-in processes by preparing necessary materials and coordinating with families and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols, including emergency procedures and resident monitoring
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as mail distribution, record keeping, meal ticket management, and supply ordering
