Job Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Must be onsite at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to coordinate transport assistance
Job Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Experience in customer or guest services preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Good organizational skills
- Competence in managing volunteer staff
Job Duties
- Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming requests and needs for patients and visitors
- Oversee volunteer staff at the information desk
- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate transport assistance as requested or necessary
- Use critical thinking skills to make decisive judgments and work with minimal supervision
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate actions
- Provide information and directions to accommodate varying customer needs
