- Fluent English speaker
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including holiday rotation

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Facilitate communication between residents and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
