Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or clerical roles
  • ability to work evening shifts as required
  • reliable transportation
  • strong communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • willingness to multitask and manage a busy front desk

Job Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • proficiency with basic computer applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • experience in property management, hospitality, or office administration is a plus
  • bilingual Spanish is a strong advantage

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • take and distribute messages
  • handle inquiries and incoming work requests
  • schedule appointments
  • manage documents and correspondence including email, scanning, copying, and filing
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • review records and files to respond to information requests
  • enter basic data accurately
  • keep the office organized and tidy
