Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs callers to the appropriate individual
- Provides information about community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information
- Greets and directs visitors to the community
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- Resolves customer questions and concerns
- Maintains a professional and welcoming demeanor
