Job Duties
- Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for customers including patients and visitors
- Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk
- Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary
- Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgement with minimal supervision
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Takes appropriate action promptly when needed
