Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn and use Sunrise applications effectively
- Available to work part-time shifts Wednesday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional weekend coverage
- Pass pre-employment drug test, physical evaluation, background check, and Tuberculosis test
- Comply with any applicable Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Sunrise-specific software
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Strong judgment, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to upholding safety procedures and community policies
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and provide refreshments
- Manage both external and internal calls promptly with appropriate greetings and accurate message taking
- Support the Director of Sales and Executive Director in providing community information and facilitating tours
- Assist with recruitment efforts by greeting candidates, directing them to apply online, and entering data into the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain the front desk and Bistro areas, ensuring cleanliness, stock of refreshments, and pleasant atmosphere
- Coordinate appointments and manage resident and family inquiries
- Partner with community team for safety compliance, emergency response, and risk management
- Perform administrative tasks including mail distribution, meal ticket preparation, data entry, and maintaining logs and rosters
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs to uphold Sunrise standards and culture
